I. Human Rights Policy

In order to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities and protect the basic human rights of all employees, customers and stakeholders, the company voluntarily follows the "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights", abides by labor laws and regulations in each location where it operates, and practices its commitment to human rights. and responsibilities, and formulate specific management plans to reflect the emphasis on human rights issues.

  • We value the opinions and ideas of all parties and are committed to providing open and transparent communication channels. A total of four labor-management meetings will be held in March, June, September and December in 2023.

 

II. Salary and Benefits

Knowing that employees are an important asset of the company, TRADETOOL AUTO adheres to the concepts of humanized management and profit sharing, and provides a competitive overall salary system and diversified welfare measures to enhance employees' sense of cohesion and identification with the company. .

  • Sharing of operating results:
    1. Employee salary:
    The company's remuneration policy is based on the individual's professional ability, contribution to the company, market value of the position held and the correlation with operating performance. If the company makes a profit that year, the allocation shall not be less than 100% in accordance with the company's articles of association. Two and no more than 10% shall be employee remuneration.
    2. Annual salary increase:
    The salary adjustment is based on the company's profit status, the overall environment and the employee's personal performance evaluation results.
    3. New Year Bonus:
    Subsidies will be paid during the Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and Lunar New Year depending on the company's operating conditions.
  • Comprehensive care:
    1. Employee benefits:
    The company has an Employee Welfare Committee, which is responsible for planning and implementing various benefits, such as: wedding subsidies, funeral subsidies, hospitalization subsidies for injuries, children's education grants, employee dinners, birthday gifts, birthday meal expenses, Employee travel and three-day gift money.

    Colleagues are required to participate in labor insurance, national health insurance and employee group insurance from the day they join the company. Employees stationed abroad and on business trips are also covered by accident insurance.
    3. Friendly workplace:
    The Taiwan headquarters implements flexible working hours to promote work-life balance and establish a friendly workplace.
    There are "Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures Complaints and Punishment Procedures" and relevant information, including complaint hotlines and dedicated e-mail addresses for complaints, are disclosed in the management regulations to provide employees with a working environment free from sexual harassment.
    The company has equal salary conditions and promotion opportunities for men and women, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality and other factors.

 

III. Retirement system and implementation

The company and its domestic subsidiaries all comply with the provisions of the "Labor Pension Ordinance" and use a defined contribution system to pay 6% of the total salary every month as pension and deposit it in the individual labor pension account established by the Labor Insurance Bureau. Employees can also choose to withdraw their own pension within 6% of the total monthly salary into a personal retirement account according to their personal wishes. The amount of withdrawal in 2023 will be NT$5,574,000. Overseas subsidiaries shall comply with local laws and regulations. A certain percentage of local employee salaries will be allocated for pension insurance, and the amount allocated in 2023 will be NT$7,163,000.

 

IV. Friendly & Safe Workplace

  • Each entrance and exit of the company is equipped with access control card swiping devices and an emergency call button is set up at a special location. Security personnel are guarding the main entrances and exits 24 hours a day to ensure the personal safety of employees.
  • The Taiwan headquarters implements flexible working hours to allow colleagues to achieve the best balance between work and life.
  • Formulate management measures related to occupational safety and health and set up occupational safety and health personnel. Education and training related to labor safety and health will be held regularly every year, and personnel will be regularly arranged to receive relevant labor safety refresher training courses.
  • In order to ensure that all employees are free from the risk of sexual harassment in the work and service environment, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Gender Equality at Work Act" and the "Guidelines for Complaints and Punishment Measures for the Prevention and Control of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace", the " Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures, Complaints and Punishment Measures" takes appropriate preventive, corrective, disciplinary and handling measures to implement the commitment goal of gender equality protection.
  • The company's mainland subsidiaries ( XiangYang Tradetool , Henan Bao Heyuan ) obtained ISO 45001:2018 occupational safety and health management system certification in 2021 ( valid until January 31, 2024 ), and are implemented in accordance with the management system requirements Various safety and health measures.
